Sound with Vision’s innovative audio visual systems allowed intercom to operate without any local Australian onsite technical IT or audio visual team members. When it comes to upgrades or new features our team provide an outsourced audio visual service.

Intercom is a business dedicated to creating exceptional customer service experiences. Their initial project involving an office relocation has grown into a long-term partnership.
During the move to Sydney’s Surry Hills, the mission was to ensure seamless connectivity and collaboration, both within the new office and across all global locations.

Efficient and High-End Audio Visual Fit Out
The initial office move to Surry Hills stretched our team. This was a project that required exceptional efficiency and collaboration all while delivering cutting-edge technology and navigating COVID-19 restrictions.
As part of the move and upgrade, Sound with Vision equipped Intercom with:
– A new waiting area audio visual system which included a sound system, microphones, monitors, cameras and even a hearing augmentation system
– Multiple large and medium-sized meeting rooms (12-18PAX) with video conferencing, wireless presentation systems and large format screens
A Long-Term Partnership
When Intercom’s audio visual system eventually became outdated, South with Vision’s mission was clear: transform the old into something new.
Recently, Sound with Vision completed an audio visual refit across their meeting rooms and workspaces, delivering a state-of-the-art upgrade to their Surry Hills office.
The new, industry-leading Logitech equipment ensured user-friendly practicality and seamless connectivity. The new workstation equipment, including Dell monitors and laptop stands, was expertly installed on-site so the team could get back to work helping create industry-leading customer service solutions.
