Cinema for Residents
A state-of-the-art cinema was installed to enrich the entertainment experience for residents. Featuring an Epson laser projector, a high-quality projection screen and a premium sound system, the cinema delivers an immersive viewing experience right on the residents’ doorstep.

Security Camera System Upgrade
Sound with Vision partnered with The Baytree owner, Keyton, to enhance security for the residents by installing a comprehensive camera system. Over 40 UniFi Protect cameras were strategically placed across the property, ensuring round-the-clock surveillance and providing residents with enhanced safety and peace of mind.
Ongoing Support and Upgrades
Sound with Vision provide ongoing maintenance and support to ensure the residents can enjoy the latest audio visual technology with ease.
