Powering Global Connections for a Sydney Ambassador
As an organisation that connects Sydney with the world, BESydney required a technology ecosystem capable of supporting dynamic, high-quality video and audio for its own global meetings. The new solution needed to be flexible, intuitive for all users, and integrate seamlessly with existing systems, all while offering flawless wireless presenting and reliable connectivity.
This successful deployment was delivered in close collaboration with Sound with Vision’s partner, Tigon IT, continuing a trusted relationship built on delivering exceptional results for high-calibre clients.
A Unified, Scalable Solution
Sound with Vision’s approach centred on creating a powerful yet consistent user experience across all spaces by standardising on a core set of best-in-class technologies. Sound with Vision engineered a bespoke solution tailored to the unique requirements of each room.
Each of the smaller meeting rooms was transformed into a self-sufficient, high-performance collaboration hub. The core of this setup is the Poly Studio USB Videobar, providing exceptional all-in-one audio and video clarity.
For effortless wireless presenting and laptop integration, Sound with Vision installed a ClickShare Conference Set with a simple USB-C dongle. Visuals are displayed on a vibrant 65″ LG Commercial Smart UHD Display, offering true 4K resolution and wireless screen mirroring capabilities.

Enhanced features
For larger, high-stakes discussions, the boardroom’s capabilities were enhanced.
It features the same powerful Poly Studio USB Videobar, augmented with Poly Expansion Microphones to ensure every voice around the table is captured with perfect clarity.
A commanding 86″ LG Commercial UHD Display, set on a secure wall mount for optimal viewing angles, delivers high-impact presentations.
Like the other rooms, it includes a dedicated in-room PC and a ClickShare Conference Set for ultimate flexibility.
