Mastering the Art of a Seamless AV Relocation

For international leader in customer experience, Qualtrics’ Sydney office was equipped with a state-of-the-art, multi-purpose town hall space and seamless global connectivity to empower their team.

Qualtrics, a cloud-based software platform that helps brands collect and analyse data about customer experiences, needed more office space. Sound with Vision was able to help their big move go smoothly.

It was one of Sound with Vision’s many successful projects with FDC Construction & Fit Out.

Our Work

Sound with Vision designed a versatile town hall space with advanced video conferencing, enabling Qualtrics to host dynamic global events and foster a connected, collaborative culture across continents, setting a new standard for corporate communication.

Integration

There is a lot to consider when coordinating an office move and changing legacy audio visual gear, and integrating it with new upgraded audio visual equipment can pose challenges.

A Sustainable Solution

The office relocation required audio visual for the new workstations, 18 meeting rooms, the training and conference room, collaboration spaces, and a breakout area.

Unlike some audio visual service providers, Sound with Vision offers a sustainable audio visual relocation service, looking for ways to use a business’ existing technology along with new equipment where required.

For the Qualtrics relocation, Sound with Vision was provided:

Video Conferencing Areas & Multi-Purpose Spaces: Updated Poly and Logitech equipment with new Apple MacMinis and iPads (for control), LG screens and Vogels mounts.

Conference and Training Facility Wireless Presentation System: Sound with Vision supplied and installed screens, switchers, transmitters, receivers, speakers, amplifiers, wireless and lapel microphones and even WilliamsAV for BCA hearing augmentation requirements.

Workstations: Each person’s workstation was integrated with LG monitors and Vogels mounts. Our team worked round the clock to provision the entire workspace even including docks, keyboards, and mice.

Dashboards: 60 new screens were installed across the office ceiling mounted so that team members could get visual updates on business-critical data displayed in dashboards at all times.

By keeping Qualtrics previous equipment where possible, while also designing new solutions, Sound with Vision ensured a sustainable yet state-of-the-art setup perfectly suited to the upgraded office environment.
