Our Mission
Sound with Vision was tasked with designing over 820 sqm of office space for Experian’s new location in North Sydney. The design featured an open-plan layout with versatile, multi-purpose spaces.
Sound with Vision played a key role in ensuring the integration of audio visual equipment and systems that delivered a seamless experience, aligning with the high standards of clear and effective communication. Sound with Vision’s solutions helped foster a more connected and collaborative work environment.
Our Work
A Vision for Versatility
The primary objective for Experian’s new multi-purpose office was to design and install a comprehensive audio visual solution that would serve five distinct room types. The space features a clean, practical layout, highlighted by a movable wall that allows the boardrooms to be seamlessly transformed into a single, large conference area.
The brief was to ensure this flexibility was matched by technological excellence, demanding flawless network connectivity, an intuitive audio visual control system, and perfectly balanced sound distribution for all conferencing systems.
Tailored Technology for Every Space
To bring this vision to life, Sound with Vision executed a full technology integration across the entire floor, appointing each space with carefully selected equipment to match its function:
Boardrooms and Small Meeting Rooms: These core collaboration spaces were equipped with state-of-the-art Cisco Webex Boards, supported by high-performance Bluestream and Williams audio visual components to facilitate seamless communication.
Open Meet Area: For more informal collaboration, this zone was fitted with vibrant Samsung screens, ideal for dynamic presentations and team huddles.
Social Breakout: The main relaxation area features a 75″ Samsung Screen, discreetly housed within a StrongTM VersaBoxTM to maintain a clean aesthetic.
Specialised Rooms: The fit-out also included dedicated audio visual solutions for the Parenting Room and individual workstations, ensuring a consistent technological experience throughout the office.

Sustainable Partnership & Integration
In line with a shared commitment to environmental responsibility, this project was also a responsible relocation of existing equipment, or responsible desposal of e-waste. This process began with a thorough on-site inspection of their own gear, culminating in a detailed condition report that guided our integration strategy and promoted a sustainable outcome. Where possible, Sound with Vision worked closely with Experian to seamlessly integrate their existing equipment with the newly acquired technology.
A Commitment to Quality & Usability
Our dedication to quality assurance was paramount throughout the final stages of the project. For Experian, Sound with Vision conducted rigorous programming, testing, and commissioning for all new and existing equipment to guarantee flawless operation from day one. To ensure ease of use for their internal IT team, all cabling was meticulously labeled at both ends. Finally, Sound with Vision provided comprehensive training on all aspects of the installation, empowering the Experian team to take full advantage of their new, state-of-the-art audio visual environment.
