The client’s keen eye for style was poured into the brief, and a full suite of technology to complement every aspect of their lifestyle was landed.

Through a valued, long-term partnership with our client, our work has spanned the globe, delivering uncompromising standards to their properties in Sydney, Queensland, and the USA.
While every project has been a success, it is the palatial Paddington bungalow, “The White House,” that stands as a true testament to our collaboration. This home was equipped with a complete ecosystem of integrated technology, designed for effortless living and entertainment.
Seamless Entertainment in Every Room
The home offers a world-class audio visual experience throughout. The living room features an immersive soundscape with high-fidelity ElectroVoice speakers and Bowers & Wilkins subwoofers. In the master bedroom, an LG screen descends from the ceiling, while the pool house is equipped with a 65″ LG screen, ensuring premium viewing is always available. Access to Foxtel and Apple TV is seamlessly integrated in every space.

Intelligent Security and Connectivity
The property is underpinned by a robust UniFi network, providing powerful wi-fi to every corner of the home. Security is handled by a network of UniFi Protect cameras and a Doorbird video intercom system, allowing for guest access and peace of mind.
The Central Hub
The entire system is powered by two centralised audio-visual racks. These discreetly house the core components, including the network switch, Foxtel IQ5 boxes, Sonos amplifiers, and power management systems, ensuring reliability and ease of maintenance for the home’s technology backbone.
